I can’t say enough good things about Helix Motorsports! I live in East Falls, was getting annoyed that every time I took my Mini to the dealership on the Main Line the mechanical issues were exorbitant to fix, and let some of these repairs go by the wayside until I stumbled upon Helix Motorsports on Facebook. What a breath of fresh air! Tim and his team really know their stuff when it comes to Minis. They diagnosed the issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and had my car running perfectly again in no time. What really impressed me was their honesty and fairness. The work was top-notch, but the prices were so much more reasonable than what I was expecting. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and not just about making a quick buck. If you live in East Falls, Manayunk or Roxborough, own a Mini Cooper and want quality service from people who actually understand these cars, without paying dealership prices, Helix Motorsports is the place to go in Philadelphia. I came here after a VERY pricey trip to MINI of Mt Laurel and WOW, I was extremely pleased with the service I got. I roginlally brought it in with some concerns the dealership had highlighted and added a PA Inspection. However, the assured me that there were no issues warranting service and saved me literally hundred of dollars that I would have spent elsewhere. I needed to drop my MINI off after work and the night drop was a little tricky to find. However, once you get back behind the building, parking was ample and the night drop box was easy to use. If you have a MINI or BMW, you will want to go here over any other local shop for service or upgrades. I cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism of their staff. The fact that they were willing to be honest with me about the service my car actually required speaks volumes. Highly recommended.
